🇲🇹🇲🇹🇲🇹 Malta, Valletta and Mdina - June 3, 2026

​Tried unsuccessfully to photograph our arrival into the island nation of Malta but did get a few from the ship before docking. 

Mdina … ancient city and VERY INTERESTING

🛳️🛳️🛳️ Mediterranean Sea - June 2, 2026

​It’s 5:30AM and I can see lights out there, it’s still dark and silent. The Allura is quietly and smoothly pushing its way to Valletta, Malta. We’ve had a time change. This posting is the Allura only as June 2 was a day of no stops. A day off ! Leisurely breakfast, lecture on Malta, Trivia on deck 14, rest, lunch, rest, pre dinner drinks at our cabin, supper, great conversation and goodnight.

🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷 Olympia, Greece - June 1, 2026

​Today, it’s off to Olympia. My first official tour. Ear phones in, backpack adjusted, camera ready ….

Pillar and part of the original site where the first Olympic Games began. UNESCO World Heritage Site and archaeological site and of major historical significance to Greece. The Olympic flame is first ignited every two years for the Summer or Winter Olympics.
