Third installment of randomized photos with a routine here that suits me. My favourite place here to hang out is Wat Chai Monkron, the Royal Monastery which is close by. Large, interesting and tranquil which is great to find in somewhat chaotic Pattaya. Lots of trees, water and beauty.
The often heard (loud) but seldom seen Black-billed Asian Koel. Large in size, resembling a crow but with a long tail is a brood-parasitic member of the Cuckoo family.

I always seem to be going back and forth from Bangkok. Used as a base of sorts, I guess. According to the NY Times, Bangkok is the 3rd most popular destination so I’m not alone.
This massive city is really several and each has its charms. A very few random photos from that day.

A very few last photos of Koh Chang. Wonderful place and not too crowded! Thailand is very “in” this year and I’m hearing reports of crowded places. Slowing down and not quite as adventurous I am !
