@@@ March 29, 2018 Location: SuriyaLand, Thailand (near Pattaya)
On Sukomvit Road, a few km from Pattaya on the road to Bangsaray is Suriya Land. How would you describe it? An eclectic huge store with giant things! Hmm, no because it has a charm and wandering the aisles you will be simply amazed at the size of the place and the enormity of the inventory of eclectic artifacts. Guitars, clocks, golf clubs, giftware, clothes, souvenirs, dish ware and on and on. Worth a visit!

This fishing town outside Pattaya I have visited many times. Always good to see the docks with crab boats, squid and others. The quiet picturesque town of Bangsaray is always worth a visit!

@@@ March 25, 2018 Location: Bangkok, Thailand - Grand Palace
WARNING: As great as a place to see it may be BUT you should be aware ...
1). It is expensive at 500 baht (C$20.69) for foreigners (Thais are free)
2). Choose your time wisely as at times there so many thousands of people there you literally cannot move around. Huge tour groups of hundreds
of individuals make movement very slow and for me made it very difficult to take any decent photos. I was literally poked and jabbed many times
by people, innocently and otherwise. On a very hot day, it can become an extremely uncomfortable experience.
3). Appropriate clothing must be worn. No shorts! Bring your own water, you’ll need it if it’s hot!
With this in mind ... here is the result!
Just to give you some idea of the crowds...
And now for the show ...
Colour coordinated restoration team
The actual residence ...
Millions of visitors annually and the NUMBER ONE tourist attraction in Thailand
