🧳🇹🇭🧳 CHIANG MAI, THAILAND - February 25, 2019 - Wat Chedi Luang, the moat and outdoor supper

Wat Chedi Luang is the biggee. This temple dates from the 14th Century and has a singular charm, history and look. Wikipedia has an excellent article on it. For me, I think it’s the 3rd trip here. Always worth a look and 40 baht (C$1.69) admission.

Written in the ancient Lanna script.

One of the first things you see is this amazing tree. Ancient. If this tree ever falls, the city of Chiang Mai is said to be in big trouble.
