🧳🇹🇭🧳 PATTAYA, THAILAND - February 18, 2019 - Entrepreneurs and carts PLUS !

A first time visitor to Thailand will notice the abundance of carts. Some propelled by motorbikes but many simply wheeled. The world of shopping will come to you if you stay put. Entrepreneurs out there daily night and day moving about in high traffic areas, weaving in and out of traffic and parking wherever they think they will sell. Many are to be found in the same places daily while others move about in their own devised patterns.

Food vendors

Fruit ... example: small sliced snack-sized bag of watermelon 10 baht (.85 C$)

Fried Chicken sold by the piece ... fresh and delicious, by the way!

Besides these two examples, you will find carts selling crepes, dried and grilled seafood, assorted meat skewers, popcorn 🍿, dried insects, smoothies, coffee and hot beverages, sausages, papaya salads, noodles and just about everything edible.

Merchandise

It would seem that anything which can be put onto or in a mobile cart is fair game to be sold.
