{{ January 8th - Full day Seoul city tour part 2

From top to left ... Me outside the National Folk Museum standing beside sculptures representing the zodiac signs...mine the tiger. A conveyance used by a high official. Lastly two images within the museum...

Next stop lunch at a local eatery...we sat at at small low tables and chairs but many sat traditional style on cushions and low table. I had a beef broth dish and Noom had a Buddhist approved ( for him) vegetarian dish. In a word delicious!

After eating we stopped at an ginseng place. Korea is the number one exporter of the world's finest ginseng. After that it was a place selling Korean jade and amethyst product. Sorry...photos not allowed.

After these two places, it was away to the secondary and last used palace Changdeok Palace.

A young Korean boy looking into the Queens chamber...

Inside the King's chambers...around the grounds and Korea's national bird the Korean Magpie.
