The Russian area

Almost the number one tourist destination for Russians is Thailand. Pattaya is now one of their favourites. As such, many areas have signs in Russian and one area is almost a Russian enclave. I took a walk through it on the way to the beach...



What kind of language has numbers mixed with letters - some upside down or reversed?
